I had been eyeing the Cartier Love bracelet for a while now, and after suffering through 2 price increases in 4 months which totaled no less than $800, DF and I bit the bullet and we got the 18 kt yg love back in June. We went into the boutique to look but weren’t ready to buy just yet. ?We stepped into Cartier and were greeted by a very nice SA. ?She sized me and told me that the bigger size 17 would look look nicer loose on me. ?Then she dropped the PI bomb – another price increase in 3 weeks? ?Needless to say, DF and I got the bracelet within a week. ?Since the bev store location has a master engraver onsite, we were able to buy the bracelet and get it engraved within two days versus having to send it out to get it engraved, which would have taken around 2 weeks. ?(We engraved our names with a heart symbol carved out in the middle).The bracelet is now a whopping $5575. ?Seriously? ?In 2009 the bracelet was less than $3k. These price increases are ridic. ?Soon, I’m going to be forced to look second hand if I want to add anymore Loves into my collection. ?However, the bracelet is devastatingly chic yet an understated piece of jewelry. ?Having my DF purchase, put and tighten the bracelet on me means a lot! ?His gift has been well worn for the past month and is already scratched up (believe me, each scratch made my heart bleed a little) but never having to take it off means cost per wear might make it worth close to $6k after all! ?I mean, it’s almost solid gold right?
The service department here has some SERIOUS issues. First of all, the employees need to learn how to talk.When you purchase and service your Cartier watches only at Cartier, whether it be New York, Paris or Tokyo, please don’t come and tell me when the battery runs out that I need $465 worth of servicing because it has been “tampered” with. Oh really? Cartier tampered with my Cartier watch. Good one.
Love Cartier! ?Their pieces are amazing and I am excited and proud to pass my Tank Francais down to my child! ?Staff was great and attentive!
EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! I think the BEST watches in the WORLD are from Cartier. ?They have the ?most beautiful timepieces… ?and it’s the BEST for a reason. ?Beautiful store, professional, knowledgeable staff. ?The store is very elegant and timeless. ? If you purchase a Cartier watch it’s guaranteed to last for a lifetime if you take decent care of it. ?Also, they are extremely good with maintenance (done every two years) they fix everything, replace the batteries for you, etc. ?I think it’s a great investment pearl earrings, considering that you get the best quality there is out there (in my opinion) ?And they’re such a classic that you will never get tired of it. ?My mom has been wearing the same watch for over 10 years, looks brand new, and she says she will keep wearing it. ?I highly highly recommend it.
I can see why some of the reviews are negative here. ?Its a high end store smack dab in the middle of Rodeo Drive, so naturally you just get tourists popping in and out that have no intention of buying anything and I think the salespeople get a sense of who to cater to and who to just let mingle around. ?However, we walked in there a few weeks to purchase a few watches and was immediately assisted by Doug. ?Not only was he very informative and helpful, when we made the purchase he decided to throw in a bottle of champagne and a few straps/bands for free. ?If youre ever in the neighborhood and need to purchase anything from Cartier, go see Doug and you wont be disappointed.
Nice store, and great watches selections.Not only I like the interior decor, but the beautiful pieces of diamond, and the staff are pleasant.Only be known of their new collections, and each pieces are made in such details.Got a nice gift from my baby and I like it very much.
My husband was shopping around at Cartier for a specific bracelet that I had been ogling. Since he was in BH the following weekend, he decided to swing by to check if they had it.Once inside, he was assisted by no one. Definitely not what he was used to compared to the other Cartier stores, after about ten minutes of browsing, he was finally assisted and when he inquired about said bracelet in question Body Jewelry, all he received was a blank stare. The sales associate said to give her a moment and she went to the back to speak with their manager(?) he assumed, who then in turn simply said that they “Did not have it.” Okkk, then my husband opted for something else: a pair of Orchidees earrings that he saw and when he kindly asked to see them, the sales associate simply said, “It’s not available.” At this point, my husband was over it and decided to take his business to VCA.
I needed to have the watch I got for my 40th brithday repaired.Saturday morning, when I called Doug was very friendly and explained that the service department would not be open on Sunday (when I had planned on going in).I went in on Staurday and was politely directed to the second floor to service.I was helped by Rita. ?She was very polite, pleasant and helpful. ?She took my watch into the back and a few minutes later returned and said that it would only be a few minutes before they knew what the problem was.Sure enough, about 3 minutes later she came out and informed me that the watch would need to be sent out for repair and that I would have it back in 2 weeks at no cost to me.It was a very pleasant experience. ?I’ll have a follow up rewview in about 2 weeks when I get the watch back.
went in on Sat. to ask a question about a watch I was interested in purchasing … I don’t know if I want to have anything to do with this brand now.The lady who “helped” ?me was a total BITCH. She talked to me like some moron peasant who lives on the streets. Last I checked, I’m the one inquiring about a $20,000 watch, you’re the one standing behind a counter having to look up prices in a book – you low class rude woman. I hope her days are numbered here. The way she looked at me, the faces she made, her tone of voice…When I asked a question or two she responded like I was some uneducated moron. I really wish Cartier would realize that they’re only as great as the employees who represent their brand. Totally turned off. There’s a reason my parents stuck to Rolex, I get it now. Disgusting. I want this woman to lose her job after the way she treated me – I’m clearly very very very upset!!
on a recent SoCal trip, my colorado girlfriend tried on a 3.2 carat engagement ring here. ?the nice lady said it was $57,000. ?not bad for a 3 carat.she was so nice she let us try on a couple of things for fun. ? clearly, we were not about to buy anything, but she humored us anyway.i said to utah girlfriend – hey, you should try on that $57K ring in the corner. ?and the nice lady corrected me. “it’s $157,000.”cartier is good for window shopping. ?and for trying on stuff ONLY.
Beautiful!!!!!!! If you’re looking for a place to drool over exquisite jewels then you have to come here. They had a huge variety of watches and jewelry. The glass cases circling the center of the floor made the place seem like a beautiful museum.SA were very friendly and every time my eyes lit up when I saw something there was always some there to ask if I wanted to look at it.Beautiful shop with wonderful SAs makes for a happy visit.
Just picked up a few things from here today, and it just doesn’t get any better than Cartier in Beverly Hills. The staff is friendly unlike some other places along the blvd and super accomodating. The location is beautiful, only pain is the parking! I commend them on their customer service, Thanks again!
I decided to purchase my wife’s Christmas gift here. To make sure they had exactly what I wanted, I called the day before. The boutique director Cubic zirconia jewelry, Worthy, answered the phone even though it was way past closing time. She helped me a ?great deal on the phone as well as the day later when I arrived to the boutique. She not only accommodated me , but my son and niece as well. Two sets of crayons and Cartier coloring books were given to them so I could actually shop! Here’s what’s amazing. My wife returned to the store without me for an adjustment and Worthy remembered all the details of our conversation 2 months later. She asked about our kids, our niece and remarked how they were well behaved by not running around the store and jumping on the sombrero hat sofa. Who remembers this kind of stuff? My wife was thoroughly impressed with her as am I. Definitely ask for Worthy if you want great attention to service and detail.
Terrible place to shop for rings. The woman who watched over me was rude and judgmental. I did not feel comfortable looking at their merchandise. I definitely will go elsewhere and tell all my friends the same. Worst experience ever.
I have been to various Cartier stores and most of times they disappointed me a big time here in the US stores. ?Last time I was here at the BH store will be MY LAST TIME. ?They were a bit busy for a mid-weekday. ?I wanted to see few items but it was impossible to catch a sales person. ?I felt like invisible to them. (I was appropriately dressed for the location too!) ?Literally after 15 min standing, looking, patiently waiting around (nicely to say… ignored) I finally snatched a sales lady to ask if I can see a bracelet. ?She was not very nice about it nor cared. ?For that I just walked away from purchasing.
The store itself is beautiful, bright, and open with high ceilings and lots of natural light. ?The jewelry was beautiful and the customer service was beyond excellent.
ok so just to be clear this review is for the topanga store…id been in and out of this store for a while, ive been to the store in paris too, i wanted that doggone trinity rolling ring darn it. so i decide ah what the heck, i roll in there with my then boyfriend probably lookin more like paupers than princes, my diva gal pal was with us too, of course SHE was lookin fierce lol..either way they have always been really polite, this time wasnt different the gent who helped me was really really nice to me i felt really comfortable, and happy he was the one who sold me this ring, it was my birthday and i had accumulated some amex gift cards, i asked if he minded that i use them, he said yea who cares money is money, some folks make u look like your paying in quarters when you bust these lil babies out, not this guy he was like whatever man, i really appreciated is no pressure but extra helpful approach, while i chatted with him some lil cufflinks caught my eye, they are called the happy birthday cufflinks he said, i told him it was my bday so we both agree that i needed them, needless to say i scooped those up too, and they are soo fabulous i have never worn them lol ..my purchase was like pennies compared to the lady two chaises over who was buying an “i mean business bitch” diamond, ?but they were as nice to us as they were to her which makes all the diff in a place where u already know they have top notch merch…well done ya’ll
